Marketing for fire protection companies that wins the service contracts
A single extinguisher and a whole building’s maintenance contract come in through the same phone line — and the contract waits while you return the others. Stop sorting them by phone. Get a website that shows what you service and where, and an assistant that puts the contracts at the top of the pile before you quote. Month to month, and you can walk away any time.

The problem
Where the work goes now
The one-off call and the contract, sounding the same
“Can someone look at our fire equipment?” could be a single extinguisher or every system in a building. Finding out which takes a call back, and the contract is the one that waits while you return the others.
Quote requests with nothing to quote from
What kind of building, what is installed, how many sites, when it was last serviced, who manages it. A property manager will tell you all of it — if something asks before the request reaches you.
Being checked out before anyone calls
A property or facility manager changing contractors looks for licences, coverage and the systems you service before they shortlist anyone. A site that says “fire safety solutions” and little else does not make the shortlist.
A website that does not say what you do
People search for the system and the place — sprinkler maintenance, emergency lighting testing, extinguisher servicing, in a particular area. Without a page for each, there is nothing for the search to find.
The fix
What we build for you
The contract sorted from the call-out
Most of the first conversation is working out what kind of job it is. Collected first — by a form built around what you service, or by the assistant as the manager talks — the request reaches you already sorted, and the contracts go to the top of the pile.
- The type of building, what is installed and how many sites
- When it was last serviced, and who manages it
- A maintenance contract, a one-off service, or a new installation
- You quote and you book — she never commits to a price or a time
What she will never say
People act on what your website and your assistant tell them, and in fire protection a wrong answer is a safety problem, not a sales one. So the rules that matter are enforced in code, not left to the model.
- Anyone describing a fire, smoke or an alarm going off is told to call 000 — first, before anything else
- Never says whether a building complies or what it needs installed — that is your assessment
- Never says a defect is safe to leave
- Never commits to an attendance time, and never names a price you haven’t approved
The nearest work we have done
We haven’t built for a fire protection company yet, and we’d rather tell you here than have you find out on a call. The closest is AHO Renovations, a renovation builder in Brisbane — a different business, with the same problem: small jobs and large ones arriving looking the same. His contact form was broken, his website looked like everyone else’s, and the enquiries that did get through had no detail to sort them by. We rebuilt his website with a new look, a planner that collects the details before anyone rings back, and an assistant that has the first conversation for him. It went live on 5 September 2026.
- Seven enquiries in just over five weeks, and he tells us he’s busier than he’s been
- Every one of the first five arrived with a phone number, a suburb and the stage of the project
- He says customers now arrive “more sure” of what they want
- The jobs he’d only have said no to get turned away by the assistant before they reach his phone
Everything goes out under your licence
Fire protection work is licensed, and what your website says is yours to stand behind. Your licences are shown as they are. Systems are only listed if you service them, and a building is only named as a client if they agreed to it. Nothing on the site tells anyone what their building needs — that is an assessment, made by you.
We don’t hand it over and disappear
A new service, a new area or a new licence class is a page worth having. Send us the details and it normally goes up by the next business day. Every month we look at what came in, what managers asked and what they searched for, and make the site better.

Questions
Questions fire protection ask us
Have you worked with fire protection companies before?
Not yet. Our work so far is with a renovation builder, at AHO Renovations. The part closest to yours is the planner that collects the job’s details before anyone rings back — but we won’t pretend to a track record in your trade that we don’t have.
What if someone reports a fire to the assistant?
She tells them to call 000, first and before anything else. That is checked in code, not left to the model, and it is the same whatever else the message says.
Will she tell people what their building needs?
No. What a building needs, and whether it complies, is an assessment made by a licensed contractor — you. She collects what is installed and when it was last serviced, and passes it to you.
Do you sell leads?
No. We build the thing that brings in your own — the website, the pages that get you found, and the assistant that sorts what comes in. An enquiry from your website goes to you and nobody else.
Am I locked in?
No. After the build it’s month to month, and either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice.
Do you run Google Ads for fire protection companies?
Yes — once your website is worth sending people to. We run the ads in your own Google Ads account, and you pay Google directly. We can show you which ads turned into contracts, not just clicks.
I already have a website. Do I have to start again?
Usually, yes — the service pages, the request form and the assistant are built to work together. We bring across whatever is worth keeping, like your reviews and photos. If you’d rather keep your site as it is, we can still have enquiries answered for you without touching it.

Strategy
How fire protection companies win more maintenance contracts
A maintenance contract is worth more than any one-off job, and it is won before the first call — when a property or facility manager checks who services what, where, and under which licence. Here is what that manager is looking for, and how to sort the contracts from the call-outs.

What is AI lead qualification?
Software doing the first pass on your enquiries — working out which ones are genuine, chasing the details they arrived without, and passing on what is worth your time. Three quite different surfaces share the name, and the useful versions use more than one.

How much does a website cost in Australia?
Real ranges, how we price ours, and the four things that actually move the number. Most quotes differ because they are for different jobs, not because someone is overcharging.
