Marketing for RTOs that brings in students ready to enrol
Every enquiry asks about funding, and plenty were never going to start. Stop spending your enrolment team’s week on call-backs. Get a page for every course you deliver, and an assistant that answers the common questions and sorts the enquiries before anyone picks up the phone — without promising what you won’t. Month to month, and you can walk away any time.

The problem
Where the work goes now
“Am I eligible for funding?” — from everyone
It is the first question in most enquiries, and the answer depends on things only enrolment can confirm. Answering it one call at a time, before you know whether the course even suits them, is where your enrolment team’s week goes.
Enquiries that were never going to start
The course does not suit their goal, they cannot do the placement hours, the next intake is too far away, or they were collecting brochures. All of them get the same call back as the student who is ready.
Courses buried in a table or a PDF
Students search for the course by name and the place they want to study it. A course listed in a table on one page, or in a downloadable guide, gives the search nothing to find.
Competing with promises you will not make
Some providers advertise how fast a qualification can be done, or the job it leads to. Those are the claims regulators look at, and an RTO that will not make them needs a website that wins on clarity instead.
The fix
What we build for you
An enquiry you can enrol from
Most of the first call is collecting the same details. Collected first — by a form built around your courses, or by the assistant as the student talks — the enquiry reaches your team already sorted, and the students ready for the next intake go to the top of the list.
- The course, and what they want it for
- When they could start, and how they want to study
- Whether they can do the placement, and whether an employer is involved
- Your team decides eligibility and enrols — she never does either
What she will never say
A student acts on what your website and your assistant tell them, and your regulator reads your marketing. So the rules that matter are enforced in code, not left to the model.
- Never promises a job, a licence, a qualification or how fast it can be done — and never promises a recognition of prior learning result
- Never tells anyone they are eligible for funding — she explains the published criteria, and you confirm at enrolment
- No visa or migration advice — international enquiries go to a person
- Never asks for a USI, ID documents or bank details in a chat, and never names a fee you haven’t approved
Your scope, your code, your claims
Only courses on your scope of registration appear on the site, each with your RTO code beside it, and the Nationally Recognised Training logo only where its conditions allow. Durations are what the course usually takes, not a promise. Graduate stories are real ones, used with permission, and stated as what happened, never as what a new student should expect.
The nearest work we have done
We haven’t built for an RTO yet, and we’d rather tell you here than have you find out on a call. The closest is AHO Renovations, a renovation builder in Brisbane — a different business, with the same problem: enquiries that arrive without what you need to answer them. His contact form was broken, his website looked like everyone else’s, and the enquiries that did get through had no detail to sort them by. We rebuilt his website with a new look, a planner that collects the details before anyone rings back, and an assistant that has the first conversation for him. It went live on 5 September 2026.
- Seven enquiries in just over five weeks, and he tells us he’s busier than he’s been
- Every one of the first five arrived with a phone number, a suburb and the stage of the project
- He says customers now arrive “more sure” of what they want
- The jobs he’d only have said no to get turned away by the assistant before they reach his phone
We don’t hand it over and disappear
A course added to your scope, a new intake, a new delivery location — each is a page worth having or a date worth changing. Send us the change and it normally goes up by the next business day. Every month we look at what came in, what students asked and what they searched for, and make the site better — including before an intake, not during it.

Questions
Questions rtos ask us
Have you worked with RTOs before?
Not on their marketing. We have built learning platforms, and our enquiry work so far is with a renovation builder, at AHO Renovations — the planner that collects the details before anyone rings back is the part closest to yours. We won’t pretend to a track record with RTOs that we don’t have.
Will the assistant tell students they are eligible for funding?
No. She can explain the published criteria in your words, and say that eligibility is confirmed at enrolment. Deciding it is yours.
What about international students?
We are starting with domestic training. If an enquiry is from someone overseas or asks about a visa, she passes it to a person rather than answering — visa questions are not something a chat window should answer.
Can you work with our student management system?
Enquiries and enrolment forms can be sent wherever you need them. Connecting directly to a particular student management system depends on the system, and we would look at it with you rather than promise it up front.
Do you sell leads?
No. We build the thing that brings in your own — the website, the pages that get you found, and the assistant that sorts what comes in. An enquiry from your website goes to you and nobody else.
Am I locked in?
No. After the build it’s month to month, and either of us can end it with 30 days’ notice.
Do you run Google Ads for RTOs?
Yes — once your website is worth sending students to. We run the ads in your own Google Ads account, and you pay Google directly. We can show you which ads turned into enrolments, not just clicks.
I already have a website. Do I have to start again?
Usually, yes — the course pages, the enquiry form and the assistant are built to work together. We bring across whatever is worth keeping, like your reviews and photos. If you’d rather keep your site as it is, we can still have enquiries answered for you without touching it.

Strategy
How RTOs get more enrolments — without promising what they can't
Students search for the course, not the provider, and nearly all of them ask about funding first. Here is where enrolments come from, what a course page needs, and how to sort enquiries before your team calls — without the promises your regulator reads marketing for.

What is AI lead qualification?
Software doing the first pass on your enquiries — working out which ones are genuine, chasing the details they arrived without, and passing on what is worth your time. Three quite different surfaces share the name, and the useful versions use more than one.

How much does a website cost in Australia?
Real ranges, how we price ours, and the four things that actually move the number. Most quotes differ because they are for different jobs, not because someone is overcharging.
