Lead automation in Brisbane, for the enquiries you cannot get to
Enquiries get answered straight away, even when you are on a roof — read, checked for whether they are genuine, and chased for the details they arrived without.
What that includes
- Works from your existing mailbox — no new website, no CMS, no software to learn
- Reads enquiries from your own form, and from the lead sites that email you
- Asks for what is missing, in your name, within minutes rather than days
- Anything committing — price, a date, a promise — always goes to you
- You set what makes a lead worth having, and change it whenever you want
- Every decision it makes is recorded, and reviewed with you each month
Questions we get asked about this
How fast does an enquiry get answered?
Within minutes rather than days, which is almost always the whole difference. Most enquiries go to several businesses at once, and the one that replies first is having a different conversation from everyone who replies on Monday.
Does it need a new website?
No. It works from the mailbox you already use — your own form, and the lead sites that email enquiries to you. There is no CMS, no new site and no software for your team to learn. If we later think the website is the thing holding you back, that is a separate conversation and we will say so plainly.
Will it quote or promise anything on my behalf?
No. A price, a date, a scope or any commitment goes to you, every time. That is how it is built rather than a preference you set, because a lead handed over unnecessarily costs thirty seconds and a wrong promise made in your name costs a great deal more.
How does it know which leads are worth having?
You tell it, in plain terms, and change it whenever you like — the job, the size, the suburbs, the things that make one worth a call. Every decision it makes is recorded and reviewed with you each month, which is where the rules get sharper.
What does lead automation cost?
It is priced after a conversation, and deliberately so. This one is newer than the rest of what we do, and we would rather quote it against your actual enquiries than publish a figure we would then have to correct.
Want to know whether this is the part that would actually move the numbers?
Tell us what the business is trying to change. If this is not the thing holding you up, we will say so and point at what is.
