Websites built to win work — and measured on whether they do

Three projects that show the range: an established trade business repositioned to win larger jobs, with an assistant that guides the right customers in and turns the wrong ones away; a new tutoring practice with its own booking system and invoicing; and a content-heavy software product built from scratch.

AHO Renovations

Repositioning a Brisbane renovation business toward larger projects, with a website built to win them.

What the owner tells us

  • He is busier than he has been
  • Customers now arrive “more sure” of what they want
  • The planner and the assistant have saved him a great deal of time
The rebuilt AHO Renovations home page: a headline saying what they do, two calls to action, and their licence number, suburb and rating beneath. The old AHO Renovations home page: a kitchen photograph with the business name centred over it and a single yellow button.AfterBefore

What the assistant has been doing

  • Mostly, she has saved him the enquiries he would only have had to politely decline — she tells the visitor up front, from his own list, so the call never happens
  • Answers visitors’ questions before they enquire — do you do pools, what happens if I get in touch — half of them straight from the business’s own published answers
  • Turns away the work the owner does not take, politely and before it reaches his phone: a pool, a laundry on its own, small bathroom repairs, panels over existing tiles

Enquiries to 12 October 2026; Google search for the 28 days to 10 October 2026; Business Profile for 1 September to mid-October 2026. Measured from the site’s own enquiry records, Google Search Console and the business’s Google Business Profile. The old website recorded nothing, so there is no before-figure for any of it. Being shown is not being chosen: most of the searches are small ones, and the enquiries are the figure that matters.

A new tutoring practice’s website, with its own booking system, admin panel and Stripe invoicing.

Read how this was built

The situation

A new one-to-one tutoring practice, teaching in person and online to families in other time zones, needed people to book times that were genuinely free, a way to be paid after each session, and one place to run it all from.

The work

  • Website design and build
  • A booking system of its own: real free times, in the family’s own time zone, never double-booked
  • An admin panel for bookings, hours, time off, prices and enquiries
  • Invoicing through Stripe after each session
  • Confirmation, reminder and change-of-time emails, each with a calendar invite

What it demonstrates

Software a business runs its day on, not just a website that describes it.

Technical education platform

A custom online learning platform — proof that AmplifyBot builds software products, not just business websites.

The situation

Delivering structured technical education needed a real application: content systems, learning functionality, and discoverability working together.

The work

  • Custom application development
  • Content and course management systems
  • Technical SEO across a large content surface
  • Learning-platform functionality
  • AI-assisted features

What it demonstrates

Capability well beyond brochure sites — complex, content-heavy products built and maintained in-house.
