Websites from $8,000, then from $1,250 a month
You pay once to get the website built, then a monthly figure that keeps it improving — development, search, automation and AI, rather than just keeping the lights on. Both numbers are fixed before we start, and nothing gets changed without your say-so.
Growth
Most commonYou want a website that keeps earning after launch, not one that sits still.
then from $1,250 a month
We build the site, then keep working on it — getting you found, and turning more of the visitors you already have into enquiries.
The work this covers
- We work out what the business sells and who is worth going after
- Your website, designed and built from scratch
- We bring across what is worth keeping from your old site, and put the new one live
- Hosting, security and updates
- Ongoing Google work, and the pages to go with it
- Work on how ChatGPT and other assistants describe you
- New pages whenever you add a service or an area
- Changes to the pages that are losing enquiries, and tracking to prove it
- A set number of hours each month for changes and edits, agreed before we start
- A monthly report on where you rank and what is worth doing next
- Nothing gets built until you have said yes to it
Intelligent
The number of enquiries, or the admin behind them, has become the thing holding you up.
plus a monthly figure set with the build, once we know what the assistant and the automation actually have to do
Everything in Growth, plus an assistant answering enquiries and automation doing the work that repeats every week.
Adds on top of Growth
- Everything in Growth
- An AI assistant trained on your business
- Enquiries sorted and sent to the right person automatically
- Follow-ups that go out on their own
- Routine emails and replies handled
- Your existing systems connected, plus internal tools where you need them
- More hours each month than Growth, and your work goes to the front of the queue
Both figures are a starting point, not an estimate. After one conversation you get a fixed price for the build and a fixed monthly figure, and neither moves afterwards without you agreeing to it. Anything genuinely new and large is quoted on its own so the monthly stays predictable.
Already have a website?
Two things you can buy on their own
These do not need us to have built your site, and they do not need you to replace it. One is internal, for your staff. The other works from the mailbox your enquiries already land in.
Handbook
Your staff stop asking each other where something is written down.
From $4,000 to set up, then from $600 a month
An assistant your team can ask about your own processes — what the procedure is, which form to use, what was agreed with a supplier. It answers from answers you have approved, and cites the document behind each one.
- We write up the answers with you, and each one names its source document
- Staff ask in plain language, and get the entry plus the document behind it
- It never answers without a citation — a question it has nothing for gets a no
- It is internal only, and never speaks to your customers
- A manager can correct or add an answer without waiting on us
- Hosted, maintained and kept current as the business changes
What it will not do
It would rather say "I do not have an answer for that" than construct one. On a question nobody has written up yet, that is exactly what you will get — and it is the setting we would choose again, because a confident wrong answer about a safety procedure reads exactly like a right one.
Enquire about HandbookLead follow-up
Enquiries get answered straight away, even when you are on a roof.
Priced after a conversation. This one is new, and we would rather quote it against your actual enquiries than publish a figure we would then have to correct.
It reads the enquiries arriving in your inbox, works out whether one is genuine, asks for the details that are missing, and hands the conversation to you the moment it reaches something it should not answer.
- Works from your existing mailbox — no new website, no CMS, no software to learn
- Reads enquiries from your own form, and from the lead sites that email you
- Asks for what is missing, in your name, within minutes rather than days
- Anything committing — price, a date, a promise — always goes to you
- You set what makes a lead worth having, and change it whenever you want
- Every decision it makes is recorded, and reviewed with you each month
What it will not do
It is built to hand over rather than guess, so you will sometimes get a handover you did not need. That is deliberate: a lead passed to you when it did not need to be costs thirty seconds, and a wrong message sent in your name costs a great deal more.
Enquire about Lead follow-upWhat we will not do is put a chatbot in front of your customers on a website we did not build. Both of these run without touching your site — one is internal, the other reads a mailbox — and that is the difference. A customer-facing assistant makes us answerable for a surface we do not control.
What decides the price
Four things move the number
Most of the difference between a small project and a large one comes down to these. They are worth thinking about before you talk to anyone, including us.
How many pages you need
A business with four services in one suburb is a much smaller build than one with twenty across greater Brisbane.
Whether the content exists
If you have photos, project write-ups and service descriptions ready, that is time we do not spend. Most people do not, and that is normal.
What it has to connect to
A site that stands on its own is simpler than one that has to talk to your quoting, booking or accounting system.
Whether anything needs building, not just publishing
Customer logins, calculators, booking, a portal — anything a visitor uses rather than reads is a piece of software and is priced like one.
Questions
What clients usually ask
Would this suit a business like mine?
Probably, if you want to grow and you see technology as an investment in that rather than a cost to keep down. That covers a new or better website, AI and automation for the parts of the week that keep repeating, and getting found by the clients you actually want. We work with builders and trades, professional services, health, education, retail and e-commerce, and plenty besides.
What do I actually get each month?
Work, not just uptime. Every month: a set number of hours for changes and new pages, ongoing work to get you found on Google and in AI assistants, fixes to the pages that are losing enquiries, and a short report telling you where you rank and what is worth doing next. Maintenance keeps a site from breaking. This is meant to make it earn more than it did last month.
How much of my time does this take?
Very little, and that is the point. Roughly a half-hour conversation each month about what is coming up in the business, plus sending us things as they happen — a finished job, some photos, a service you have started offering. You do not need to write anything, log into anything, or learn any of the technology.
Do you change things without asking?
No. Anything we recommend comes to you first — what we want to change, why, and what we expect it to do for the business. You approve it before we start. The monthly report then tells you what happened and what we think is worth doing next.
Why can you not just tell me the price?
We can tell you the floor, and it is on this page. What we cannot do is guess the rest, because the difference between a four-page site and a twenty-page one with a booking system is most of the cost. The four things that decide it are listed above, and after one conversation we will give you a fixed number for the build and a fixed monthly figure. Neither moves afterwards without you agreeing to it.
What would this cost us to do any other way?
The usual alternatives are hiring the people or hiring the suppliers. In-house means a developer, someone who owns search, and someone who can build automation and AI — three salaries plus super and leave. The supplier route means a web agency, an SEO agency, and an AI vendor, each billing separately and none of them accountable for the result. This is one team covering all of it, for one monthly figure.
What happens after launch?
That is when most of the value shows up. We measure what real visitors do, improve the pages that matter, extend the website as your services change, and automate the work that keeps repeating.
Do I need to understand any of the technology?
No. You tell us what happened in the business — a finished project, a new service, some photos. We handle structure, metadata, images, schema, and everything else behind it.
Can you work with my existing website?
You do not lose what you have — but we rebuild it rather than take it over. If you like your current site, we can stay as close to it as you want, so it still looks and works like the site you know. It just sits on a foundation we can properly develop, secure, and keep improving. Taking on someone else’s codebase means inheriting decisions we cannot see the reasons for, and you end up paying for every future change to work around them. We do make exceptions, but only where the existing build is genuinely worth keeping.
Are you only working with Brisbane businesses?
Brisbane-based, working with businesses across Australia. Brisbane is home and local relationships matter, but the work is remote-friendly, so where you are is rarely the deciding factor.
What if we need something big that is not in the subscription?
Major new functionality gets quoted separately so the monthly stays predictable. The subscription covers continuous improvement, not unlimited scope.
