Services

AI chatbots that know your business, not the internet

An assistant that knows your actual services and the questions your customers really ask — not a generic bot bolted onto the side of your site.

What that includes

  • Trained on your business, not on the internet
  • Kept up to date as your services change
  • Sorts the real enquiries from the time-wasters
  • You set the tone, and the rules about what it will not answer
  • Hands the conversation to you the moment it should

Questions we get asked about this

What stops it telling a customer something wrong?

Two things. It answers from what we have written down about your business rather than from what the model happens to remember, and it has an explicit list of things it will not answer — a firm quote, a delivery promise, anything commercially binding. When it hits one of those it hands the conversation to you instead of guessing.

Will it annoy people the way most website chatbots do?

The ones that annoy people are the ones that interrupt, cannot answer anything, and will not let you reach a human. Ours is there when someone opens it, answers the questions that actually decide a sale, and gets out of the way. If it cannot help, it says so and passes you over.

How much work is it for me to set up?

A conversation, mostly. Services, how pricing works, where you will travel, lead times, what happens after an enquiry, and the twenty questions you answer most often. We write it up, you correct it, and that becomes what the assistant knows. Keeping it current is part of the monthly work.

What is the difference between an AI website assistant and a chatbot?

Mostly what people have come to expect of each. “Chatbot” usually means the scripted thing with buttons that cannot answer anything nobody anticipated. A website assistant answers in its own words, from what your business has actually written down, and knows when to stop and fetch a person. We build the second one — but the word matters far less than whether it can answer the question that decides the sale.

Can we put an assistant on the website we already have?

Yes. It does not need the site rebuilt and it does not much care what the site was built with — it loads as a small piece of code on the pages you choose. If the site itself is what is losing you the enquiries we will tell you, but that is a separate conversation from this one and we would rather not bundle them.

What does an AI chatbot cost in Brisbane?

It is part of a monthly subscription rather than a one-off build, because an assistant nobody updates is wrong within a quarter — your services move and it carries on answering the old ones. The starting figures are published on our pricing page rather than hidden behind a form. What moves them is how much your business has already written down, and how many systems the assistant has to reach into.

What happens to the conversations people have with it?

They are kept so you can read what people actually asked, which is usually the most valuable thing to come out of the first month. We agree a retention period with you, publish it, and enforce it in code — a period stated on a privacy page and not applied by anything is a representation you cannot back, which matters more here than it sounds.

How do we know whether it is working?

By what it changed, not by how many chats it had. Three numbers are worth watching: how many conversations ended in an enquiry, how often it had to hand over, and what people asked that your website does not answer. The last one usually pays for the whole thing, because it tells you exactly what to go and put on the site.

Tell us what the business is trying to change. If this is not the thing holding you up, we will say so and point at what is.
